We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information you provide to OhsawaMacrobiotics.com is private. We do not and will never share your name, email or home address, phone number or credit card information with any third party.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You may return new and unused items purchased on OhsawaMacrobiotics.com within 60 days of purchase for a full refund, credit, or exchange. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and are at your expense. E-books and PDF downloads are non-refundable.

Send an email to gomf@earthlink.net to obtain the mailing address and instructions for returning or exchanging items. In your email, please describe the item and explain the reason for your desire to return it.

Also, send an email to gomf@earthlink.net if you receive an item in error or one that is flawed in manufacturing.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of your package. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
