Ohsawa Macrobiotics provides quality macrobiotic information through its ongoing projects and activities. While preserving and protecting the Ohsawa, Aihara, and Kushi legacies, we support all versions of macrobiotics in an effort to bring our entire global community together.
Over the years, Ohsawa Macrobiotics helped organize the legendary French Meadows Summer Camps and returned the Foundation’s legacy books to print while adding digital versions. We are the publisher of Macrobiotics Today and are working on another educational project: The Online Macrobiotic Dictionary.
